These projects are often called Kaizen blitz and are structured in a strict time frame of 1-week fulltime session with an internal team of your company to review and define improvement processes.

Alternatively, you could utilize the Amosa specialists at yout company for a longer period of time, for other or more indepth Change Management processes. This can be discussed after the first 1-week session described above, where we would define a follow up plan for further process improvements.
